Inventories, Asking Prices Get a Boost
I am so excited for home owner's and buyer's today. It is great to be working in our current real estate economy. It is especially nice to see statistics improve in my local San Francisco Bay Area communities. This article shows increase in values for Oakland at a whopping 47%, followed by San Jose and Sacramento Communities!
It is so great to be working back in the San Francisco Bay Area!
