Sailors capture spectacular footage of rare dolphin super pod encounter

This is really beautiful.  I would love to be a crew member on this boat with these sailors! This is another example of how God shows his love for us. All he created is so magnificent and larger than real words can truly describe.  I would love to swim with the dolphins too.

Stunning time-lapse video of the Pacific Northwest making Internet rounds

Stunning time-lapse video of the Pacific Northwest making Internet rounds

I listened to church streamlined with Jubilee last Sunday. Pastor was speaking a message from Ezekiel 36V16-37; Ezekiel 18V31; Ezekial 37V2;  When Ezekiel saw dry bones it meant house of Isreal had been dead.  He questions God ...Can these bones live? Bible says prophesy over all bad hurting things. Kingdom of God is inside us.  There is a lot of heaven on earth if we just be aware.  Get back to hope in god.  Made a bnch of bad decissions.  god will be there every step of the way. Let God's hands be in every step.

Bulb Barriers

I love all planting seasons!  I was reading the Farmers Almanac on ideas to prepare the soil for nutitious organic planting...pick it up and read it your self! You will be enlightened...I was!  Cow manuer fertilizer, then a layer of bunny food pellets to add nitrogen into the soil to help your plants grow, and I have to read the article again there is one more ingredient on the tip of my tongue...but I can not get it out in keyboarding to describe it...I hate that when that happens.  Happy planting!

Are dollar stores really worth it?

I enjoy the dollars stores, however, every item adds up. have a budget, pick up all the items in your budget and you have spent as much as you planned to spend with as many items.  Because $1 you have in mind a few dollars and load your basket with a few more just like other shopping stores. A real savings for families with school age children for art and schools supplies.  Food items....I agree with the article, sometimes brand shopping is not the best smart choice, when other times it could be a very wise choice.  Read the labels...know the contents and ingredients for the nutritional values. You could save a fortune in the dollar store, and sometimes those smart shoppers with coupons are saving a fortune in other stores too.  Plan your purchases with your list first, be prepared with your coupons and know where your best bargains are. Farmers Market for your organic produce best prices according to my Living without for 40's and above women....I have learned alot about nutrition this year with my Juice Plus + business and taking a special attention to my personal diet nutritional needs and objectives.

Radiation may up breast cancer risk in some women

It is a coincidence I am working this weekend for a temp agency at Treasure Island this weekend for the Susan B Koman Event.  I will learn a lot, netowrk and work to be a Blessing how God will allow me for this weekend.

In many years of my real estate career I participated in Re-lay for life and Daffodils Days.  This time, working this weekend will be a very different experience for me. It will be a very personal experience for me as I support others that have already lived this journey and Honored for their Victory for healing and cure.   It is my first time to experience a Susan B Koman Event and if like the other Cancer events I suspect there will be some who experienced the journey and now are in Honor and Memory, while others Honored for their Victories in cure.

The coincidence is one I know God is participating, and I will work with passionate commitment to be a blessing to others for this cause and the love of people and families for Hope Healing and Cure.

I have never had he chance to go to Treasure Island before, this will be my first experience to enjoy as well.  I look forward to this weekend. I will take pictures to post of Treasure Island and the event I feel priviledged to work.

Improving Job Market and Improving Real Estate Economy in the San Francisco Bay Area is so exciting!

I have a goal end this year end 2012 with no less than $100,000 and I feel that is very conservative. I attribute that to my real estate license, my Notary Public, Notary Loan Signing, Juice Plus + Health and Wellness and a stable income opportunity as an employee. Working passionately in every opportunity to make a meaningful difference with commitment and energy. The improved job market and employment opportunities are many here in the San Francisco Bay Area. My real estate Broker - Realtor friends are enjoying the multiple offers I remember a few years ago, the excitement of my friends working with multiple clients, and properties selling very quickly is so exciting. I am so motivated and can hardly wait to offer my real estate service back home in the San Francisco Bay Area again! The experience of letting go and building new in a completely new region for me in rural country of Humboldt County North Coast expanded my skills from city urban and suburban real estate sales. I learned I can build my business anywhere. But real estate markets have similar real estate cycles we are all so familiar with, however, there are many factors that make them different or behind the moving markets in other improving counties. The Humboldt County residents enjoy refering to living behind the Redwood Curtain. Truly they do, and the rural country is so very beautiful. I have taken so many lovely photos of every rich experience I have participated and enjoyed. Unfortunately I have only few of them since the others are with the person who took my Verizon smart phone last April 2011, and my Atrix II a few days ago. I can share what have been saved my cloud with my pictures preserved safely for me, or on prior posts to my social net work. I love taking pictures, so I will continue enjoying the pleasure of taking photos of my experiences and what is pleasing to my soul and my eyes. Forging forward and onward. The memories of working with the builders, contractors, and tradesmen in Humboldt County in my green energy work force training and attending green energy classes at the College of the Redwoods with all those humble hard workers is a forever enjoyable experience I will remember. The photos documented the green energy classes we attended and the green work experience I participated in Humboldt County through the Job Work Force Act. I enjoyed residential wiring the new construction home that College of the Redwoods students built in a new tract development in Humboldt Hills of Eureka with my construction, and tradesmen classmates. Every phase of construction was completed by a College of the Redwoods construction class from the planning, design, architecture, building to completion a single new home in this new home tract development. College of the Redwoods, then sells the home and makes a profit for the College of the Redwoods. This was a truly wonderful experience. Grant Lay is a very exceptional instructor, he took all more than 30 of us and we became teams of 4-6 each focusing on the wiring of a specific part of the house. Each team have their own assignment. My team wired the hallway entry, living room, family room, while other teams wired the kitchen, the bath rooms, the laundry, the garage, the bedrooms, the outside lighting. The experience was so fun and rewarding. I learned to read plans, and think about the residential wiring process and know the code according NEC 2008 rules for residential wiring. What was so fun about this is we started our wiring project when the home was only sticks and framing and completed the project to it fullest completed construction. It is amazing how fast a home comes together from start to finish with each phase and each professional expertise of each team. Our residential wiring class also wired the historical home of the Anne B. Ryan house in Eureka. College of the Redwoods with Bill Holt have been restoring this historical home and updating it to code while maintaining the historical qualities and features to continue to be recognized as a protected historical registered property. Grany Lay and our class completed the residential wiring of this property in a few class onsite workshops. I remember working to wire these homes into the dark of the evening. The Historical Restoration classes have been restoring this beautiful home for five years, each task carefully thought through, carefully planned and with technique to preserve all things that can be to keep that historical registration. This was amazing to see as well. In my Building Analysis and Building Envelope classes I completed classes in BPI and HERS I. Although I did not earn at present the certification of being BPI and HERS I certification rated, I learned valuable information about the health and wellnes of real estate and the solutions to reduce energy utility bills, improve quality of air, things to do to prevent mold, and water damage. Things to do to improve the building envelope for comfort, health and safety. I earned a EPA Lead Renovator Initial Certification to remove lead paint in restoring buildings to be more healthy and safe for families. Lead is very dangerous as is Asbestos and there are requirements for abatement the government enforces for our health and safety. Earning this certification was a contribution to my participation in removing lead paint on the old wooden window frames and window paynes. Repairing the second floor windows of the historical Samoa Cookhouse along side my construction-tradesmen with my lead protective gear on, jumpsuit, gloves, hair covered and oxygen mask specific for lead contamient work. I earned basic construction tools of various kinds and how to use them along with a half circular saw...first for me! I earned a 30 hour Osha construction safety card taking a class from a certified Osha Construction Safety Instructor at the College of the Redwoods. These classes were so interesting, I actually would enjoy taking more construction and building classes. Anything real estate related, green sustainable building. Landscaping and Architecture. I learned about solar hot water systems and solar photovoltaic. In the process I took the NABCEP I class. I would like to take more NABCEP Classes just to get my certification to say I completed this and I understand it. It is amazing, I remember noticing the solar panels in various places in Humboldt County that stood out for me for the first time, like on the Highway in the Safety Corridor, and then learned which special buildings had invested in solar photovoltaic. Then learning about solar hot water systems, I learned how beneficial this is too, for reducing your utility energy costs and actually for a few short months worked with a Leed Engineer in his solar hot water system company. I participated in the process of typing a manual for him to earn certification for his hot water system from the Department of Energy. I enjoyed reaching progress that he had been working at for a few years and we together made the changes that pleased the Department of Energy to go to the next phase for approval which was a milestone for this employer. Receiving a note of thankfulness and gratitude from the engineer who reviewed the manual changes and approved them thus far for my part of the participation was self rewarding to know someone appreciated my efforts and I learned about the solar hot water process in the experience of offering my keyboarding skills to contribute to that part of the project. This work experience is the reward of working to earn under Humboldt County's Work Force Job Act which was a grant funded program for green energy work experience and green energy classes at the College of the Redwoods. Build it Green classes with our program and with Humboldt County learning to build green and about the guidelines, the why, and the Title 24 Code new requirements in building green. I have attended meaningful green workshops, summits, and seminars and many hours of PGE green classes now that teach something more about green efficiency and green energy on various topics. I have enjoyed all my green workshops and studies and see the value of why our country has the green goals they do for protecting our environments, quality of air, marine life and vast ocean, rivers and streams. I have enjoyed classes with the Humboldt Internet Marketing Group, and the North Coast Small Business Center. Womens Entrepreneur Institute participation in their day workshop at the beautiful Fortuna Riverwalk Lodge along the Eel River. I learned to love and enjoy my garden clubs. I participated with many and made such wonderful friends who love beautiful landscapes, and gorgeous gardens. Friends of the Heather Society I participated with my Eureka Sequoia Garden Club. Eureka Chapter Rhododendron Society I enjoyed so much and purchased my very first Fragrancy Rhododendron Tree, I love the fragrance. I earned a Purple Murple and as I was leaving Humboldt County this past April 27th to drive down for my Alameda County Children's Memorial my Rhody trees had many blossoms about to bloom, so I missed their blooming flowers which are so pretty this season. I gave my Purple Myrtle to someone very special who has become a dear friend who I really value prior to leaving Humboldt. I hope my purple Mytle will give her much pleasure and grow big and beautiful. I have enjoyed participating and visiting with the Humboldt Botanical Garden friends, if you have not been you must see and visit. Located on grounds leased from the College of the Redwoods and is so very beautiful. So many different gardens with in the Botanical Gardens. Some are of local Humboldt County native plants, some are plants hand picked that will thrive in Humboldt County and show beautifully, others are native berries, and trees and yet others are selected for the flowering wooded grove in memory of the founder of the Humboldt Botanical Gardens. I was able to attend that grand opening of that garden and it was beautiful. Right now the Magnolia Trees and Rhododendrons are in full bloom as many other special plants. There are ornamental grasses and gorgeous colorful Heathers. All Happy Now is a spiral grass walking path for peace, healing and prayer. The hike through the trails of native plants and berries is a beautiful walk and when you get there you are high on mountain looking out over the forests below and up to the mountain tops of more forested land. My water garden friends are fun too, I did not get to do as much as I like with them but I value thier invitations each time and I absolutely love water gardens. I learned to enjoy carnivorous plants too! The Humboldt Wildlife Refuge I was introduced to by my brother is just lovely. So many places to walk and photo nature at its best, and see wild life and native trees and plants. I met a photographer that has taken many pictures with his wonderful camera...I want one like his! He created picture albums of all the birds and animals you see each season. He has contributed these quality photos from his soul and heart. His skill has become valuable educational assets to Humboldt Wildlife Refuge Center for visitors. If you ever go, you will see and enjoy! I was so taken back by the beauty of many places in Humboldt County. The marshes, water boggs, sand dunes, mountains, clear rivers, waterfalls, forests, and wildflowers. I love the wildflowers. Sequoia Redwoods that surround the Eureka Sequoia Zoo are beautiful, and the Redwoods behind the Humboldt State University I have enjoyed wonderful walks. The Avenue of the Giants I enjoy too, and many state Redwoods parks to enjoy. The Humboldt Bay Harbor is beautiful and one of the busiest for commerce and fresh fish. The largest Oyster growing beds, and busy fishing boats all the different fishing seasons! I enjoyed and valued packing fresh crabs mind you. Just to be working and earning the dollar and it was an opportunity. What it taught me was more about the fishing culture, respect for the fishing boats and the fishermen who sacrifice their lives to bring us fresh crabs, fresh salmon or what ever the season is calling for. I put on my Youtube my Caitos experience and I will always remember fondly of the experience and the value of the meal I am enjoying for seafood. I love seafood! I love to be near water. Walking along the boardwalk in Old Town Eureka I have enjoyed many moments in prayer and captured many wonderful pictures. I love the ocean. The mad river, and the Hammond Trails I enjoy too. Clam beach was my favorite, and I always wanted to go to get clams, they have long razor clams. I attempted but showed too late a few times, high tide came in already. I learned I need a fishing license too. Next time, I will be on time and with a fishing license! I think making home made clam chowder would be a joy and delicious. The people that fish, eat really good! The water is clean, clear and healthy. I love salmon! I saw so many people buying fresh crabs and taking them home to cook them. Some of my friends go out with thier crab pots and bring up their own! I did not get to experience live cooked crab at home. I saw others I worked with buy six or seven or more for crab feasts at Christmas time it is a tradition for many. Somoa Beach and Clam Beach I have enjoyed for great sunny day walks in the surf. The Sequoia Eureka Zoo is a zoo just the right size and they are adding two new exhibits that should be open I believe if I remember correctly by fall, 2012. A River Otter exhibit and another new exhibit! I had the pleasure of volunteering with other awesome volunteers for a couple of zoo events. The "Zootini" was so much fun, and one of their biggest fundraisers! I made in to the Zoo magazine for volunteering this event. I personally had so much fun doing so. I helped the auctioneer to auction off items to earn money for the zoo. The crowd of people in attendance were very gracious, supportive of the zoo and a lot of fun! Another of their events was the weekend of Halloween, and they had a Boo day for families. That was enjoyable too. Eureka Foursquare Faith Center I attended, and fell in love with the pastors that joined this church a year ago. Matt and Heidi Messner. They have been such delight and annointing with Holy Spirit presence. The things they are doing are so exciting. I have had the pleasure to enjoy a couple of concerts at the church too, which I really enjoyed. Community day events were fun to participate with other church members. Auditing a christian counseling class was rewarding and opened my eyes up to many topics about people helping. I would say my experience in Humboldt county was rich and rewarding in many different ways.
