The Place in a House You Never Thought to Stage

The Place in a House You Never Thought to Stage

This article is so true from smaller homes to larger homes, this is a common situation that often is brought to our attention as working professionals in real estate sales when hired by sellers to work to bring in the best valued offer to the table for the sale of their home. All things considered, all things matter. Even the smaller details like the refrigerator.  It is one detail that should never be over looked. It is as important as sweeping the floor, vacuuming and clean counter tops. It could mean the difference in an offer or not, a low offer, or a premium offer.

I am happy to say, I enjoy this article in our Realtor Magazine for this month's issue.  Thank you, to my broker, Steve Pierce for sharing with me and the Keller Williams Team. I want to bring the best skills, best talent, most considerable thought to detail for the clients who hire me as their Realtor Professional to sell their real estate property.

We often share with our clients, it is so different the way we live in our home, and the way we live in the home when we are selling and listed for sale, open for buyer's to preview for consideration of their new home purchase.

We want our homes to shine their best like every day is a special holiday to attract the most interest, and best offer from the potential new homeowner to be.
