One of the fascinating things I enjoy doing is searching for homes that come alive with lights and displays at Christmas. I enjoy this most with my daughter, remembering how we did when my children were young and how my father use to drive our family around to search for homes all lighted up for Christmas. Don't you agree? Hiring me, will make this experience a lot smoother, and less of a roller coaster. However their are things that are experienced that can not be controlled. Some of those things to mention a few, are low inventory in local real estate market available to sell that is on the multiple listings service for agent to list, market and sell. High buyer demand, all cash buyer's that are investors, our global economies, like interest rates for the cost to borrow money these are things that impact our local real estate market.
