New Home Builder Communities have a rule that applies to REALTORS/BROKERS
They reward us at the close of escrow with our Broker Co-Op commissions when we have registered our buyer clients on their very first visit to the builder new home development. Should the buyer make a purchase and close the escrow on a model and plan of buyer's choice in the community they have registered with me as their Buying Agency Representation, the builder rewards me when the sale closes. I love selling new home communities!
