Don't you agree? Hiring me, will make this experience a lot smoother, and less of a roller coaster. However their are things that are experienced that can not be controlled. Some of those things to mention a few, are low inventory in local real estate market available to sell that is on the multiple listings service for agent to list, market and sell. High buyer demand, all cash buyer's that are investors, our global economies, like interest rates for the cost to borrow money these are things that impact our local real estate market.

Work Smart, Open Your Doors for Other Agents' Safety
Open Your Doors for Other Agents' Safety
I always if not meeting my client in the office I am meeting them usually in a public place like Starbucks or the library. Why not make it a known practice acceptable to ask for drivers license or passport the way I do for my notary loan signings. Individuals with less credible intentions will think twice if I have sent a text with their ID to my office and I may have time to send the ID to 911 if I feel really like my gut feeling is telling me something I need to be proactive on my own safety.
